The first day of playoffs has concluded at the Game Show studios in Lithuania with two quarterfinals and two semifinals played in anticipation of tomorrow's 3rd-4th place and final matches, here are some of the day's photos.
The first semifinal pitted the two favorites coming into the tournament, Astralis and EnVyUs, in a rollercoaster of a match which ended up with the boys in blue securing a spot in the final where they will fight for the largest share of the $200,000 prize pool after taking two out of three maps.
The second match featured the red hot Dignitas, who got a BYE into the semifinals today after beating nV 2-0 in dominating fashion, and CLG who made it through their quarterfinal match against G2 earlier in the day. The Danes were unstoppable, however, and after two maps found themselves holding a ticket to the final, where they will have the chance to be crowned victors in a best of five.
